There was a lot of excitement on TV today with respect to a certain minister of a state in India being picked up for questioning by the police. The matter pertains to the minister having allegedly faked his educational qualifications. I am not that well aware of the case but you can read about it here.
Anyway, so I believe that the minister will be presented before the court in a few hours from now and may be given bail.
So I asked the question, "Will the minister be given bail by the court today?" The seed I used was 94.
The chart is as follows:
The rules for going to jail are given on Page 313 of the 6th reader, they are:
1) Sub lord of the 12th cusp must be Rahu
2) It should not be deposited in the constellation of a planet that is retrograde
3) It should be a significator of either 2nd or 3rd or 8th or 12th cusp.
Note: ALL the above conditions need to be satisfied simultaneously. If even one is not satisfied, then the person will not go to jail.
Also, Guruji says, "Rahu is the Karaka for jail and therefore great importance must be attached to Rahu while judging if one goes to jail at all"
At the first instance we see that the ongoing Dasha is of Rahu. The presence of Mercury as the Antara lord is also interesting since it is one of the planets that hints towards imprisonment for forgery (the others being Jupiter and Neptune).
Now lets look at the conditions:
The 12th cusp sublord as we can see from the table above, is Rahu. So condition 1 is satisfied.
Rahu is in Moon's star, which is not retrograde. So condition 2 is satisfied.
Rahu is in Moon's star and Moon owns the 12th cusp. So Rahu signifies the 12th cusp. Condition 3 is satisfied as well.
All in all, I feel that the court may not accept the minister's arguments and may send him into confinement.

My prediction came correct. The concerned minster was sent into police custody for 4 days to begin with. The news came out (at least I heard of it) at around 7 PM.
