I dont think Sepp Blatter will be arrested or jailed for anything. While court cases are possible, the '8' signification that is necessary for the insult associated with conviction is not present along with jail combinations. Sepp's birth chart does indicate litigation, but I dont see him actually spending time in confinement. His horary chart is even clearer...that in fact doesnt even show a meaningful litigation!
Also there was a news article that an Indian American named Mr. Gulati could be the next Fifa president. Just quickly did a horary chart (which I missed saving, sadly). But I dont think that will be happening.
