Marriage delayed?

First let me outline the chart:

The question was about when the marriage of the native will get fixed. Since the chart is a natal chart, I decided to check if the 7th cuspal sublord (CSL) is correct, as it is possible that there is some error in the birthtime being recorded.

For this, I checked the ruling planets at the time and place of judgement, Pune and 12:06PM, they were:

Asc star: Mo
Moon star: Mo
Moon sign: Me
Day lord: Ve

The 7th CSL in the natal chart is Moon, which finds place in the RPs, so I can conclude that the birth time is largely correct.

The 7th CSL Moon is posited in the star of Venus. Its significations are:
Mo 11, 6; Ve: 9, 3,4,8

Even though Moon does not strongly signify any of the 2/7/11 houses, it does signify 11 at a planet level, so we can conclude that at least marriage is not denied to the native. Notably Moon also signifies the marriage negating 6 at the same planet level. Recall that houses 1 6 10 12 oppose marriage as per KP.

Then lets look at current dasha lord, Rahu. Rahu signifies:
Position: 12
Asp by Ju (9th): 4, 11; Ra: 12
Asp  by Sa (3rd): 10, 1 12; Ve 3 4 8 9
Conjunct X
Star (Ma): 7, 2 9 10
Sign (Sa): 10, 1 12; Ve 3 4 8 9

So Rahu does signify pro marriage houses, even though it also signifies 1 10 and 12. As per KP, planet and its starlord signify the houses related to which events will happen. But it is the sublord and the sub's star that determine if that event will be positive or negative. Thus to see if marriage is possible in Rahu dasha, we need to look at the sub lord, which is Me. Me's significations are as follows: 7, 5; Su: 7

So we can conclude that Rahu is strong to offer marriage to the native.

The ongoing Bhukti is of Ju. Significations: 4, 11; Ra: 12. Its sub is Ve: 3 4 8 9 at planet level and 10 1 and 12 at star level. So not only does Jupiter's sub not signify positive for marriage houses, it also signifies 1 10 12 which completely negate chances of a marriage happening in its bhukti.

Next bhukti is of Saturn whch signifies 10, 1 12; Ve 3 4 8 9. So not a single one of 2/7/11 is offered. A sub cannot give what the star does not offer. And as such we have to ignore the Saturn bhukti as well.

Next is Me bhukti. Me is a strong significator of the 7th house as seen earlier. Now we only need to see its Sub. Unfortunately, Me is in the Sub of Saturn which as we saw in the preceeding paragraph opposes marriage. So we cannot consider Me bhukti either.

The next is Ketu. Ketu's significations are as follows:
Position: 6
Asp X
Conjunct X
Star (Ve*): 3 4 8 9 (*Ketu is in its own star hence the sub will assume role of star lord)
Sign (Su): 7; Mo 6 11

Ketu's sub is Ve: 3 4 8 9 at planet level and 10 1 and 12 at star level. Again we have to exclude Ketu.

Next Bhukti is Venus, which does not signify 2/7/11 at all. So again, marriage will be denied.

The next Bhukti is of Sun. Sun is in the Sub of Venus, so again marriage is not possible.

The next Bhukti is of Moon. Moon signifies 6 11, 3 4 8 9 and its sub is Ketu which does signify the 11th house. Albeit weakly. So marriage is possible here.

The last Bhukti is of Mars, which signifies 7, 2 9 10; Mo 11 6 and its Sub is Me: 7, 5; Su: 7. Again Mars is a very strong significator of marriage.

Which one to choose then? For this guidance I again looked to the RPs. Moon appears twice among them and Mars does not. So I concluded that the marriage, if at all, will happen during Ra dasha and Moon bhukti which runs from May 29 2028 to November 28, 2029.

Looking at the transits of this period, I think June-August 2028 is the period when the marriage might get fixed.
