Will I get married to a particular girl?

A client had written to be last month with a query on whether he would get married to a particular girl from his workplace with whom he had an ongoing relationship.

In such type of questions its it important to remember the following rules:

1) Atleast one of the 7th cuspal sublord (CSL) and/or the star lord of the 7th CSL should be posited in a fixed sign. The other can be in a movable sign;

AND

2) Neither the 7th CSL nor the starlord of the 7th CSL should be posited in a dual sign;

AND

3) Neither the 7th CSL nor the starlord of the 7th CSL should be Mercury;

AND

4) The 7th CSL or the starlord of the 7th CSL must signify 2/7/11.

Here, we can that the 7th CSL is itself Mercury and thus, we can safely say that the marriage with that particular will NOT HAPPEN.

So who will back out?

If the 5th CSL signifies the 6th house, then the opposite party backs out (since 6th is the 12th to the 7th). If the 5th CSL signifies the 12th, then the questioner himself will back out of the relationship. If it had signified either 11th or 7th WITHOUT signifying 6th or 12th then the relationship would have culminated into marriage.

Here we can see that the 5th sub is Moon. Moon is posited in the star of Saturn.

Moon is in the 12th cusp and owns the 5th. Saturn is posited in the 8th cusp  and owns 11th and 12th. While Moon signifying the 11th cusp allowed the love to blossom to a certain extent, its signification of the 12th means that it will not end in marriage. The questioner himself will back out of the relationship.

We can also cross check using Nadi methodology. The significators are below:

The ongoing DBA is Sa-Sa-Ve. Sa has the full combination of marriage denial 1 6 10 at the sub level. Venus has the full combination of marriage denial at the star level. As such it is clear that the questioner will not get married to that particular girl he had questioned me about.
