Another delayed marriage

Here are the natal chart and significators:

The exact query that was asked of me was when will this girl get married and how will the married life be?

The first thing I noticed on hearing the Q was that Saturn was in Libra, and had missed being inside the 5th cusp by just a few degrees. This meant that Saturn aspected by its 3rd drushti the 7th house, by its 7th drusthi the 11th house and by its 10th drushti the 2nd house.

So all the cusps that are responsible for the marriage getting fixed and running smoothly are in the 'sight' of Saturn. Now look at Saturn in the above Nadi significators. At planet level, it is somewhat neutral. At star level it is quite negative (1 6 12) and only a solitary 11. At the sub level again it is quite bad for marriage with a 1 12 signification. In fact if the planet level is included that we can see a full combination of 1 6 8 12 is there which suggests separation from spouse. This separation may be mental due to fights and bickering or physical, again due to bickering or due to one of the spouse's jobs keeping both apart regularly for long periods of time (preferred to fighting in my view). So marriage life is not going to be smooth, that is clear. Saturn is also the planet for delays and is perhaps the reason that the girl's marriage has also been delayed. This native is of 1984 birth and is already around 32 years of age, considered on the late age side for marriage to happen, especially for a girl.

Currently native is in Jupiter's Dasha. While Jupiter signifies 6 10 marriage negative houses, it also signifies 7 11 which are marriage positive houses. So marriage is possible. Jupiter is in the sub of Mercury. Mercury is posited in marriage positive 2nd cusp and thus marriage is not denied in this Dasha.

The ongoing Bhukti is of Mercury. While Mercury does signify the 2nd cusp through its own occupation, it is in the Sub of Venus. Venus is posited in 1st, owns 5th and 12th. Venus is in Saturn's star which is in 4th, and owns 8th and 9th cusps. So not only does Mercury's sub not have a marriage positive house (2/7/11), it has marriage negative houses (1). So in my view, marriage is unlikely to be fixed in the current Bhukti, though its possible it may come close to getting fixed. This Bhukti will go on till March 12 2018. It must be remembered that since Jupiter is neutral to positive for marriage, we need a very strong Bhukti for marriage to happen.

Then Ketu Bhukti starts. As we can see from above Nadi significators table, Ketu is a strong planet to offer marriage. But within this period, what Antara do I select? For this purpose I looked to the Ruling Planets at the time of examining this horoscope for guidance. At 11:38AM on 2nd May, the RPs were as follows:

Asc Star: Sa

Asc Sign Mo

Moon St: Ra

Moon Sn:Sa

Day: Mo

Saturn is in the star of a retro planet and thus is ignored. That leaves us with Moon and Rahu. So two time frames emerge:

Ju-Ke-Mo (14 June 2018 to 12 July 2018) and

Ju-Ke-Ra (1 Aug 2018 to 21 Sept 2018)

So while the chart is weak for marriage and marriage will require both parties to work hard at it, marriage fixing is 'possible' in 2018 between June to September. I did not do the transits.
